Please note that all packages are shipped fully insured, and orders over $500 require a signature. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days as per insurance requirements. Please save all packaging and, if possible, submit pictures.

Once Loved Vintage purchases are not returnable.


Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it is unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that The Rabbit Hole does not provide free return shipping. Please keep your receipt and tracking number from your chosen delivery service in case your return is misdirected in the mailing system.

Sales Tax

The Rabbit Hole lawfully collects all applicable sales taxes.
